Here are two individuals that seem to not be able to pay their debt of $3500.00. And when asked when they plan to pay it They Seem More like A Deer in the Headlights than upstanding individuals.  Whitney Chesnik and your boy toy side kick Thomas are on the "Bad Character" list.   Thomas a question to you, is it true that both your parents are SWAT?  Oh the info you have I'm sure is priceless.....
