I just want everyone to know my Ex Savanna Rey Barnes is no good. I just got out of prison for a 2.25 year sentence for theft of a credit card. Back in 2016 My ex came home one day from work and said a friend who owed her money let her borrow her debit card so we could buy diapers for our son. A week later I was in CVS the cops come in and arrest Savanna and I for using a debit card that had now been reported stolen. She was released OR however I wasn't as lucky since I was on probation. The day after she was released the Tempe Police Department showed up at her apartment with a search warrant looking for stuff that was supposedly bought with the credit card. After searching and finding drug paraphernalia they searched her and found meth and heroin. They told her that they wouldn't arrest her for the drugs or take our son if she came clean about how the card came into our procession. So she told the cops I found it in the parking lot. 20 mins later CPS shows up and takes my kid. For 17 months she did nothing to try and get out kid back and ultimately got her parental rights severed. Then she was in and out of jail with numerous arrest and new changes. Plus caught new charges while on release, waiting to get sentenced some how managed to stay out of prison until May 14, 2018. when it all caught up to her however she's only doing a year on a F4 Narcotic Durg charge, F5 theft of a Credit Card and F6 paraphernalia. Just seems a little weird she was able to go so long and get so little time. I will be getting new copies of my police report for all to see it that wish.
